This is a note of appreciation!!

Last week we had a serious issue with a conflict between Outlook and Outlook 360 on my wife’s computer which resulted in her being unable to access her email.

After a number of frustrating calls to Microsoft which resulted in no resolution to the problem, I called your technical assistance line and dealt with Zelos Chiang.

I wanted to let you know that Zelos fixed the issue for us. He was courteous, professional and remarkably technically knowledgeable. He did some research into the problem which, apparently, is a known but very obscure issue and he fixed the problem for us. He was patient and courteous and clearly knows what he is doing.

We highly commend Zelos and I hope that you acknowledge him for this. He is a credit to your organization.
