Good afternoon Martin,

I am writing to you today regarding your employee Zelos Chiang. I have had the pleasure of Zelos helping me and my coworkers for the past few weeks with our password resets and general changes to our divisions email accounts.

Zelos has been prompt and courteous and gone out of their way to not make any of us feel silly when it was very clearly user error on our parts when something “wouldn’t work”.

Their patience and professionalism in the sometimes challenging arena of customer service in IT is so appreciated. As your customer I wanted to pass on this positive feedback.
