Referral Program Terms and Conditions
"Client" is defined as the new business or person being signed up for services with Robson.
"Referrer" is defined as the business or person who is referring the Client to Robson.
Robson Communications Inc. ("Robson") reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, or program at any time and without notice. As the Referrer you acknowledge and accept and agree to all the terms in this agreement,
BY REFERING A CLIENT TO ROBSON COMMUNICATIONS INC. UNDER THIS REFERRAL PROGRAM YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
i) There is no restriction to how many Client's a Referrer may refer to Robson.
ii) Client must not already be an existing client with Robson.
iii) Referrer is paid the amount of the Client's first months monthly reoccurring charges for services, up to $4000.00 CAD.
iv) Payment is made to the Referrer after the first 90 days of the contract with the Client.
v) The term of the contract for the client must be for a minimum of 1 year.
vi) Referrer can not be the Client. Referrer can not refer them selves.
vii) The amount the Referrer will be paid is based on original contract with Robson and the Client. It will not take in to account any changes or amendments to the contract by either the Client or Robson.
viii) All Clients referred to by the Referrer are subject to credit approval before acceptance under this promotion.
ix) Payment will not be paid to the Referrer in the event the Client account is past-due and not in good standing with Robson.
x) Robson will not be held liable for any tax consequences that may arise from participation in Robson Communications Referral Program. It is the Referrer's sole responsibility to declare all tax benefits and pay all applicable taxes and income taxes.
xi) Robson reserves the right to change or modify this program without notice
xii) By participating in Robson Communications Referral Program, the Referrer agrees to comply with the present terms and conditions and attests to having reached the age of 18 in their province of residence (or having obtained the consent of their parent or guardian).
This is a limited time offer starting April 7, 2008. Any promotion may not be combined with any other offers. Discounts to resellers can not be applied to any promotion. Other restrictions may apply.
